The Lorax Project Workshop

For the last day of our Lorax Project, we decided to do a parent and child workshop where the parents could see what what had been done during the course and participate along with their children.

After the children did a short recital from the Lorax ” I am the Lorax I speak for the trees. I speak for the trees, for the trees have no tongues” we continued with the workshop.

PLANT A SEED

We decorated some plant pots, filled them with soil and planted the seeds.

Next, we did an Earth Day word search puzzle. I chose this one with only seven words to search for as I have noticed that kids tend to get frustrated if they have to search for more than ten or fifteen words.
